• You will receive a link to complete an extensive dynamic questionnaire that builds your individual profile for our team to review.
• Nutrition analysis, Macro and Micro Nutrient evaluation, Sleep Profile, Factors influencing Health and Wellbeing
• Tailored to your profile results, review the fundamentals of how and why Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep should be viewed as one.

2. STEP TWO - Select a Package - Consult and ( 3 PT Sessions - $165.00), (6 Sessions - $295.00), ( Monthly 2 /week $320)  1/2 hr sessions

• You will have a consultation which includes a complete evaluation consisting of a state of the art Body Composition analysis:
  • ​Height, Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Segmental Lean Body Mass, Muscle, Fluid Displacement
• Customized Nutrition and Exercise Plan
• One on One Personal Training with Certified Professional
