After purchase of this product, we will contact you via e-mail to set an initial phone call . We will then have you answer several preliminary questions and schedule a consultation setup. All consultations sessions occur remotely via video conferencing or in person at Team Moljo Strength and Conditioning Center, Located in Shrub Oak, N.Y.

Consultations will include

  • Assessment of individual and family medical history, lifestyle, current nutritional intake and more.
  • Nutrition Education and understanding of key fundamentals of nutrition.
  • Specific Caloric and nutrient recommendations based on individual needs.
  • Personalized nutrition plan based on individual preferences.
  • Relavent downloadable informational material
  • An e-mail with summary of recommendations discussed during the consultation.
  • Consultations are 45-60 minutes in length.
